Rate Sheet

All rates are for a 5-hour time block, excluding conference rates. (3) Hours are given before the event for decorators to set up. Any extra time needed before the event is $50/hour. Any additional time needed after the five-hour time block is charged $100 per hour.
Kairos provides tables, chairs, tablecloths, setup & breakdown of Kairos tables.

Private Parties Peak Season (March-June & September-November):

  • Monday-Friday $1000 for 5 hours. $100/hr over 5 hours
  • Saturday $2000 for 5 hours. $100/hr over 5 hours
  • Sunday $1500 for 5 hours. $100/hr over 5 hours
  • Holiday weekends/weekdays $2500 for 5 hours. (Sat.)
  • $2000 for 5 hours(Sun.)100/hr over 5 hours includes Easter, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day
  • New Years Eve/Day $4000 for 5 hours. $175/hr over 5 hours

Private Parties Off Season (Dec-Feb & July-August):

  • Monday-Friday $750 for 5 hours. $75/hr over 5 hours
  • Saturday $1500 for 5 hours. $75/hr over 5 hours.
  • Sunday $1000 for 5 hours $75/hr over 5

Nonprofit Groups 5hr (-$150 for off season rates):

  • Monday-Friday $750 for 5 hours. $75/hr over 5 hours
  • Saturday $1500 for 5 hours. $75/hr over 5 hours
  • Sunday $950 for 5 hours $100/hr over 5 hours

Conference Rates 8 hr (-$150 for off season rates):

  • Monday-Friday (first day) $900 (subsequent days) $750
  • Saturday (first day) $2000 (as subsequent day) $1500
  • Sunday - $1000 (first day) $950(as subsequent day)

Wedding Ceremony:
A $350 extra set up fee applies. A one-hour rehearsal is included (based on availability) as well as one extra hour of celebrating time (Six hours total time).

Sound System:
A sound system is available with 1 regular microphone and CD changer.
$200.00 (unmanned) ; $550 (manned DJ)

Piano:
The piano is available for to rent for $200. A professional/trained pianist is required.

Guest Capacity:
The guest capacity is 200 (banquet seating, buffet service) and groups over 175 are subject to overage fee of $5/guest ($2/guest for off season).

Deposit:
A minimum $1000 deposit is required to confirm your event. The remainder is due 10 days prior to your event.

Services:

  • Menu items* $22.50 Per Person minimum including tax, gratuity, real plate, napkin, flatware & tea/water glass. Menus are uniquely designed based on budget, style of service, and culinary preferences.

  • Bar service, real stemware* $3.75/person (min $500)

  • DJ service (DJ's To Go) $550
  • Auto play/ sound system $200

  • Rail decorating service $195 (Tulle & Ivy added to rail)
  • Table decorating service $30.00/table minimum
  • Chauffeur service $175.00, ride to Fredericksburg or Kerrville after event in ‘96 Mercedes sedan

*Kairos provides in house catering only.

Cake cutting service & Bar service are in house and required services where applicable.

"Real" indicates real china, flatware, napkins, wine glasses, tea glasses, Hi-ball/mixed drink glasses.

Bar service (per bar) includes: two bar tenders, ice, napkins, bar set up and breakdown, a nonalcoholic punch, removal of beverage containers, retrieval and return of beverages from local outlet (Fredericksburg), packaging of unused beverages for customer. (Keg ice $20/keg)

Cake cutting service includes: three personnel to cut and plate the cake(s), forks (real or disposable), plates (real or disposable), napkins, boxing/packaging of the cake top, packaging of the unused cake, return of cake platters to Sophie’s Choice (if applicable).
